Julia Garcia is a qualified professional who received a Bachelor in Architecture & Urbanism and a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture in Sao Paulo, Brazil. A highlight of her 13 years career was gaining valuable international experience working on projects in South America, in the Middle East, and recently, in North America.
Julia approaches her work with innovative and sustainability for the future in mind. She believes in the power of landscape design to create inclusive spaces that will change people’s behaviours.
From conceptualizing to construction, Julia has participated in numerous projects ranging in scales and typologies: houses, multi-residential developments, schools, public parks, hotels and urban planning. In addition to this, she collaborated on several projects with internationally renowned artists, developing Public Art and Landscape Architecture combined.
Julia brings her passion for art and nature to her personal life, always being outdoors or in art galleries. Her lifestyle is very dynamic and she has been working as a volunteer serving the children of the Brazilian community. She has a special connection with coffee, music, and tiny houses.
